The target audience for this seminar is HR professionals and any business owners.  This ninety-minute presentation is intended to answer common questions posed by Minnesota employers, with emphasis on questions submitted by North Star SHRM members.  The session will include multiple opportunities for question-and-answer.

The entire session will be conducted by Zoom.  PowerPoint slides be shared with participants and will be made available afterward for download.

The target audience for this seminar is HR professionals and any business owners.  COVID-19 has affected all of us, directly or indirectly.  The Minnesota legislature has enacted legislation, which the governor signed, addressing a workers’ compensation COVID-19 presumption.  The diagnosis may also be work related, even if the employee is not covered by the presumption in Minnesota Statutes Section 176.011, Subdivision 15.
