    Minnesota recently became the 23rd state to legalize medical marijuana.  Although the new law could improve opportunities for treatment of those suffering from certain conditions, it may create issues for employers and employees in "drug-free" workplaces.  This is due, in part, to the fact that marijuana is still an illegal controlled substance under federal law.
