Climate and culture assessments offer clarity into how employees at all levels feel at work: what functions well and what causes concern. The “lessons learned” offer opportunities to manage common organizational issues that might otherwise result in employment disputes.
Learning objectives:
- Identify frequently hidden fault lines in an organization
- Understand potential H.R, and legal consequences of organizational dysfunction
- Develop strategies to address both potential and actual dysfunction
