401(k) and similar group retirement plans have become the most successful retirement savings tools ever. Employers have significant influence over the retirement outcomes of their workers because of these plans, yet many employers misunderstand their fiduciary role and fall short of fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities. This presentation will clarify the fiduciary’s role, provide insightful education to improve fiduciary aptitude, and outline three straight-forward steps for the road to fiduciary excellence. That road is important for each employer to create a successful retirement plan and outcomes for their organizations and employees.
This presentation will be interactive and insightful for HR professionals who are both new and experienced with 401(k) plans. Learning objectives:
