This seminar will be presented by Della Ludwig, Workforce Strategy Consultant with Central Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED).
Della Ludwig is a Workforce Strategy Consultant with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development for the 13-county region of Central Minnesota. She is a SCSU graduate, and earned a Master’s in Management from St. Scholastica. She has extensive human resources, benefits, and recruiting experience in several industries, including healthcare and manufacturing. In her current role with DEED, she connects key stakeholders to workforce resources and supports businesses in developing strategic workforce solutions to drive economic equity and growth.
