While the lasting impacts of COVID-19 on the future of work remain largely undefined, it’s clear that what worked in the past won’t be sufficient in the years ahead. Employers have been challenged to consider alternative approaches to compensation, benefits, retirement, employee communication and culture in order to build lasting organizational wellbeing. Please consider joining Jack Duffy from Gallagher to discuss the role of benefits in helping you attract, retain and engage employees.
Learning objectives:
- Gain perspective on the impact COVID has had on benefits, salaries and the job market.
- Better understand benefit trends and insights collected from Gallagher’s Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey and other credible sources since COVId.
- Learn how to leverage inclusivity and flexibility with your benefits strategy to attract and retain talent.
This seminar will be presented by Jack Duffy, Area Vice President, Segment Sales Leader for Gallagher.
Jack is responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for organizations with 2-200 employees and leading similarly focused Consultants. Jack has been with Gallagher since 2012. He began in Gallagher’s Summer Sales Internship Program and has had several roles including Associate Consultant, Small Group Team Leader, Large Group Team Leader and now Segment Sales Leader. He believes employee benefits should be less about selecting carriers and establishing deductibles and more about helping employers and their employees face their future with confidence. This includes leveraging analytics, benchmarking and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to maximize employers’ employee benefits spend so that it is easier to attract, retain and engage employees.
