This is a virtual presentation on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 from 8 am to 9:00 am. All North Star SHRM members are invited to attend. There is no cost to attend.
The target audience for this seminar is HR professionals and any business owners. Get work done efficiently at your next virtual meeting by planning and applying a few simple tips and tools. We’ll explore facilitation techniques unique to a phone or web-based environment.
Objectives are:
- Learn when meeting virtually is ideal… and when to find another way.
- Understand why formality is more important in the virtual environment.
- Design a plan for the ‘before, during and after’ that compensates for the lack of face-to-face contact
- Discover how the etiquette of meeting virtually is different from meeting in-person.
