The target audience for this seminar is HR professionals and any small business owners.  There are many reasons businesses offer retirement plans to their employees.  Attracting and retaining high quality individuals, providing tax advantaged ways for employees and owners to save for retirement are two primary reasons.  There are a number of different retirement plans that businesses of different sizes and demographics can offer.  Each of these plans has different rules and administrative requirements.  Choosing the right one for your business is a very important decision that isn’t always easy.

This presentation is designed to show the available plans, discuss the differences in rules, costs and administrative requirements in each to help you determine if the plan you have is right for your business.

    Objectives are:

    • Why aligning the type of plan you offer with the business’ objectives is important.
    • What is the financial Advisor’s role in implementing and servicing your plan?
    • What are the administrative requirements of the different retirement plans and how can a Third Party Administrator help.
