CMJTS works with businesses in all sectors and job seekers of all ages to support economic self-sufficiency and regional economic growth.  Tim Zipoy will explore how CMJTS’ work-based training options can benefit your business and community.  He will explore with you new ways to grow and access talent through career pathway training, internships and volunteer programs, and sector partnerships, associations, and job fairs.  This informative presentation is interactive and responsive to your business needs.

    Objectives are:

    • Understand and know how to access the business resources and training options available through CMJTS and the Minnesota workforce Center System.
    • Learn how the local and regional labor market affects your business recruitment strategies.
    • Discover what businesses like yours are doing to address the current labor shortage.
    • Identify partnerships that will enhance your business and advance your community’s success.

This seminar will be presented by Tim Zipoy.
