    Brandon Hanson is a certified Financial Planner and co-owner of Gateway Financial Strategies.  He holds Series 7, and 66 Securities Licenses as well as Accident & Health, Life, variable Life & variable annuities license.  He is a registered Representative offering securities through NYLIFE Securities, LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC and a financial Advisor offering investment advisory services through Eagle Strategies, LLC, A Registered Investment Advisor.  Brandon and his team provide advice and solutions to business owners and individuals focusing retirement planning, investments, protection, and succession planning.  Brandon has been a financial Advisor for 7 years.

     

    Heather Hooper is the vice President of Retirement Strategies at Loring Ward, a turnkey advisory, investment management and retirement plan solution firm.  In this role she heads up the company’s ERISA 3(38) retirement plan division, working with independent, fiduciary advisors and their employer clients to offer a wide range of outsourced solutions including 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), Profit sharing, defined Benefit and combination plans.   She also serves on the 401(k) committee for the firm’s retirement plan.  Prior to joining Loring Ward, heather was the chief Operating Officer for NextStep Defined Contribution, Inc. a recordkeeping and administration firm.  In this role she oversaw the human capital needs of the organization and managed the day-to-day responsibilities associated with NextStep’s retirement plan operations, relationship management, IT and plan administration functions.  A former Human Resources Executive, heather has seen all sides of retirement plan management—including plan audits, design, administration and participation.  She has almost two decades of corporate experience in a variety of fields, holds a Series 65 license and serves on the California Secure Choice Retirement Savings investment board and is an Accredited Investment fiduciary (AIF).
