    This is an interactive session designed to educate owners, managers and supervisors on how to minimize the possibility of employment disputes and litigation by auditing the employer’s policies and practices.  Among other items, this session will cover the following items:

    The seminar will be presented by Thomas R. Revnew, Attorney At Law.  Tom is a shareholder with the law firm of Seaton, Peters & Revnew in Minneapolis, MN.  He has successfully litigated a wide-variety of labor and employment law claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.  He represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination, union avoidance, unfair labor practices, workers compensation, drug testing, privacy issues, OSHA compliance, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and many other labor issues.
