    This informational session will provide a clear, practical overview of Minnesota Paid Family & Medical Leave (MNPFML), including what the law requires, key timelines, employer responsibilities, and how payroll deductions and benefits coordination will work in practice. We’ll cover what employers should be doing now, common misconceptions, and how MNPFML may interact with existing leave and disability programs. In addition, the session will highlight current updates in the health insurance market, including cost trends, carrier changes, and plan design strategies employers are using to manage rising expenses. Attendees will walk away with a better understanding of the evolving benefits landscape and actionable insights to help them stay compliant and competitive.
