Participants will learn practical, research-backed techniques to strengthen their online presence—from voice and framing to influence and connection—so they can inspire trust and drive impact from anywhere. Whether you’re a seasoned executive or an emerging leader, you’ll walk away with actionable tools to elevate your visibility, authority, and leadership effectiveness in today’s digital landscape.

Learning Objective:
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Define the core elements of Executive Presence and explain how they translate and shift in virtual environments.
• Demonstrate speaking techniques—including vocal pacing, clarity, and intentional language—that enhance credibility and impact on-screen.
• Apply virtual non-verbal strategies such as posture, eye contact, facial expression, and on-camera framing to strengthen connection and influence.
• Leverage digital presence cues, including background, lighting, and tech engagement, to communicate professionalism and authority.
• Implement actionable behaviors that elevate leadership presence, inspire trust, and improve engagement in virtual meetings and presentations.

Speaker Bio:
Anna Conrad is an award-winning executive coach and CEO of Impact Leadership Solutions. She has helped thousands of people in over 200 countries through leadership programs and executive coaching, including Western Union, Crocs, CBRE, Cigna, Lockheed Martin, Children’s Hospital, Arrow Electronics, and dozens more. Anna has also been a featured expert on leadership and communication skills on over three hundred radio shows, Fast Company, Inc., Chicago Tribune, and the Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal, where she was described as "an articulate expert who serves as a great resource for executive business-management topics."
