    Aligning your compensation strategy to your company’s strategy doesn’t need to be difficult. There are five keys to ensuring that your compensation offerings support the strategic goals of your employer. A framework will be shared so you know what rewards components to review, the choices you need to make, and how to influence the senior executives if you want to make changes.
