Climate and culture assessments offer clarity into how employees at all levels feel at work: what functions well and what causes concern.  The “lessons learned” offer opportunities to manage common organizational issues that might otherwise result in employment disputes.

    Learning objectives:

    • Identify frequently hidden fault lines in an organization
    • Understand potential H.R, and legal consequences of organizational dysfunction
    • Develop strategies to address both potential and actual dysfunction

This seminar will be presented by Joseph Nierenberg with Nierenberg Employment Law, PLLC, Minneapolis, MN.

Joseph Nierenberg has practiced labor and employment law for thirty years, representing business, governmental, and nonprofit clients in the litigation and non-litigation management of labor relations and employment issues.  He represents clients around the country, including organizations in consulting, construction, education, finance, government, entertainment, health care, hospitality, insurance, law, manufacturing, NGOs, organized religion, real estate development, staffing, transportation, and other sectors.

Mr. Nierenberg’s practice involves compliance counseling; management training; developing policies and procedures; counseling; assessing workplace climate and culture; and litigating varied employment- related matters before trial and appellate courts, federal and state agencies, and arbitrators.
